Josh has extensive experience using perl on a wide variety of platforms and can help you and your development team get up to speed using the powerful capabilities of perl on Mac OS X, Linux, Windows, Solaris, or FreeBSD.

Joshr Perl Training's goal is to inspire and improve you and/or your development team's skills and practices by teaching perl and software development methods to help leverage technologies, speed software, add new features, and create more robust systems while taking advantage of perl's strengths and advantages. Areas of instruction include databases, CGI and web programming, system administration, beginning, intermediate, and advanced perl, writing perl modules, using CPAN, TCP/IP and network programming, and more.

Training can take place at your office or at a third party location on a schedule that is convenient for you. Joshr Perl Training focuses on one-on-one tutoring and teaching small groups in the metropolitan New York area but will consider travel.

We encourage you to call us at (212) 533-2835 and find out more about our perl training and consulting.

We have also assembled some links to perl reference material
and some other perl instructors that you may find useful.

You can see some examples of Josh's public perl software here.
